Delivery & Returns
My standard turnaround time is 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Delivery:
If you require an order by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering on madebysarahmary@gmail.com to ensure this is possible.
All orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. The delivery aim is 2-4 working days from dispatch, but due to local delays and adverse weather conditions this can sometimes take longer. Once an order has been posted any delays are out of our control.
Returns:
Unless faulty, returns are not accepted on any personalised items.
Non-personalised items may be returned at the buyers expense. Refunds will be issues on receipt of the return and inspection of the goods.
In the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty, please provide detailed images of the damages along with the packaging that the item was delivered in. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of orders must be requested within 2 hours of the order being placed.
